Xbox app (PC) Utterly damaged

So, I play xbox stuff on PC, however for months now, I haven't been capable of entry the xbox app stuff in any respect. My gamebar nonetheless works. I can't even simply look via the video games I have already got for achievements and stuff. I've tried every part I can discover.
