Caught on updating display and received’t proceed course of for updating

Hello all, I turned on my Xbox One and needed to do a programs replace which will get caught on a step 3 of three (66%) at a complete of 92% (discuss with image) and received’t proceed the updating course of. I tried unplugging all connections and energy wire and held the ability button for greater than 10 seconds. After I energy the Xbox again up it routinely begins up with this display once more and doesn’t proceed to replace. I attempted one other methodology of holding the binder and eject button for greater than 3 seconds and similar factor.
