xbox one s display glitching

Howdy everybody my xbox one s has had points with a glitching display for the previous couple of mouths whereas watching YouTube and so forth.Ive tried switching 3 completely different Hdmi cords and televisions from 4k to a regular 1080p tv and adjusted the resolutions to go well with within the xbox settings with out success.Tried rebooting and restarting my xbox to and the hdmi port seems good.,My 4k tv died final week whereas it was on ilde is that this a course of concern?Can a defective Xbox destroy a tv display.thanks for any assist.
