Xbox sequence X not working anymore

Hiya so lately my Xbox sequence X began to have community points , it was saying that I used to be linked to web with a Ethernet cable (which is unfaithful) and why I attempt to join wirelessly it mentioned to unplug the cable which was not even plugged in. I made a decision to do a manufacturing facility reset and see if it fastened it and oh my now I’m caught on the default settings display screen. It at all times says I’m linked to the web once I’m not so the replace can’t be executed. When I attempt to enter a wi-fi connexion by getting into the SSID identify I get a protocol error (picture connected). I don’t know what to do subsequent I did every part I might it’s been 2 weeks and my Xbox is a paperweight please assist me !
