Are these counterfeit discs?

I purchased this recreation (2 discs) on eBay, however they don't work. The XBOX One does nothing once they're inserted, prefer it doesn't even know there's a disc in. Each different disc I personal works wonderful. I seen that the hologram on my discs simply says "XBOX" with a clean area after it, however all of the examples of real discs I can discover on-line say "XBOX ONE". My guess is that the counterfeiters do that to allow them to use them for each One and 360 video games. Ideas?
