Networking points on sequence x

My web is okay, when i do the check on my sequence x it at all times reveals 50 mbps. in video games i get 45 ping however in relation to downloading video games it by no means/hardly ever downloads. Ive been downloading crash bandicoot for 3 days now. ive been downloading crimson useless redemption 2 for a month. please assist. and in addition when it refuses to obtain it 9/10 says set up failed.
