Expensive Crew Sega,

We obtained phrase yesterday {that a} petition has been filed with the Nationwide Labor Relations Board (NLRB) by numerous SOA staff searching for union illustration. Union issues are new to me and SOA and we’re investigating and contemplating the choices accessible to the corporate. As I perceive it, the petition submitting signifies that the NLRB will conduct a secret poll election a number of weeks down the street for workers who’re in particular job classifications to be decided by the NLRB. These staff can be voting for or towards union illustration.

A few of chances are you’ll assist unionization and a few not. That’s your authorized proper. No SOA worker can be handled any in a different way whether or not they assist or don’t assist unionization. We’ve got an exquisite tradition at SOA with a robust dedication to working collectively as a crew. In my thoughts, it’s the SOA worker tradition that makes us such a profitable firm.

We can be updating you often so that you simply’re absolutely knowledgeable, perceive what you may anticipate and what the NLRB course of is about. When you’ve got any questions, please be happy to achieve out to Human Assets. We wish all your questions answered.

Thanks all to your continued efforts.
