Xbox Controller Troubleshooting

Hey mates, in want of some assist.

I purchased this Velocity Inexperienced controller in the present day, model new from a retailer.

Sadly, I’ve found that the xbox button doesn’t reply 100% of the time. I’ve tried capturing the difficulty in a video, urgent the button and getting a consequence or no response.

I’ve tried updating the firmware, a special set of batteries, laborious reseting the console, and unpairing then repairing the controller. Nothing achieves a repair.

Is that this a recognized challenge with these controllers? Or is it a dud?

Console is an Xbox One.
