Can not Distant play

Good day,

each time I begin Distant play on Home windows with the Xbox app I get this black display:

Nonetheless, on Android it really works advantageous solely when linked to residence WiFi, when on cell information it provides me an error:

I've already contacted Microsoft they instructed me to replace my PC and restore Xbox/Recreation Providers (didn't work)

btw, distant options and standby are enabled on the console
