My brother requested for help together with his Xbox. I’m model new to Xbox, I do know nothing about it, but it surely says his controller has disconnected, though he checked the Xbox, and it says it has. I don’t know a lot about Xbox, is there something I can do to repair it? : xbox

Is the controller plugged in or connected wirelessly? If its wired unplug the cable and plug it again in and see if it activates and faucet x. Wi-fi if the controller is turned on and is flashing you may must hit the sync button on the controller and console on the identical time. On the xboxones it is on the left aspect of the console and on the collection s and x it is the little black button. On the controller its the little button to the left of the usb port.
