Xbox One Will not Learn Discs

I purchased a used Xbox One lately and it was fairly filthy, and whereas it really works wonderful, it refuses to learn any disc in it, bluray and DVD.

I cleaned it out fairly totally and scrubbed down the disc drive rollers which appears to have made it glad, and in addition gave the laser varied q-tip baths, nevertheless it nonetheless is not going to acknowledge any disc.

It would not appear to be a problem of the disc not entering into all the best way for the reason that drive will totally settle for any disc and spins them.

When a disc is inserted the laser will transfer very gently and try to learn it, then return again to the spindle and repeat. It would not transfer all the best way to the sting of the disc – is it jammed, or is there one other fault in it?
