360 S Powersupply Rubber Toes Removak

Excuse me, I’ve had my energy provide unit make bizarre noises, after googling I discovered that it have to be mud trapped inside! So I’m desirous to tear it down, however as quickly as I went to get the rubber ft I discover this 💀 the plastic bits from beneath simply WON'T come off does anybody how can I take them off? There’s a whole lot of rubber residue from the rubber ft (which seem to have damaged down) jammed in there so I can't use like pliers to take them out 🙁
