Shared video games

How can I share video games with my son with out getting booted each time we’re on on the similar time?

We’ve got two separate Xbox’s, one is at his moms, the opposite at my home. Each time I am going on, and he’s taking part in a sport I’m prompted to this display and it boots him off. That is very irritating. Is there a workaround? this used to not be a problem, I don’t know what modified
