My Xbox App doesn’t work

So my Xbox app, which I excitedly downloaded to pair with my new console, simply doesn’t work. On the primary web page, once I clicked Signal In, it does this bizarre jumpy factor; the register button turns grey (animation for whenever you click on it) and in fast succession so does the pair to console button. Nevertheless, the pair to console button does work. So I subsequent downloaded the Recreation Move app and it stated, “Attempt once more quickly! We will’t signal you in proper now.” (above) Just about all Xbox providers related to my web besides my console don’t work. I don’t know why. Please assist!
