Connection points.

My Xbox One retains displaying this message every time I flip it on. I'm related through ethernet cable. And it takes a very long time to get the connection restored by disconnecting and reconnecting the ethernet cable to the console and router. Undecided if the problem is with my console or broadband. Each have been totally reset and the dilemma retains occurring. Is also the cat cable? It's solely been occurring the previous few months undecided why.
